How do I become a member?
There are two ways to become a member:
1. Earn points through your purchases and interaction within The Floristry community and redeem these points for a 3 month membership.
2. Alternatively purchase a flower subscription, all subscribers get instant membership for as long as they receive their subscription flowers.

How do I earn points?
To earn points, ensure you are logged into your store account when making online purchases. When shopping in-store, ensure the store team take your customer information at checkout to log your purchases and points. You can do this by providing your name, email address or phone number linked to your account, or by providing your membership card QR code if you are an existing member.
You'll earn 1 point for every HK$1 you spend at The Floristry, both on our website or in stores. You can also earn points by referring a friend to The Floristry, or by interacting with The Floristry community on social media. All the earning methods can be found in the Earn Points panel on the My Membership page.
Please Note points have no monetary value. Points are only for redeeming The Floristry Membership and any related promotions.

Can I earn points from a flower subscription?
Subscription purchases do not earn points. That's because all subscribers get instant and automatic entry into a membership tier, and remain members for as long as the subscription remains active. Subscribers can still earn points on all their other non-subscription purchases. These points can then be used to redeem a membership pass to a higher tier of membership.

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 90 days of inactivity on your account. To renew all the current points in your balance, simply make a purchase before the end of the 90 day expiry period. Once points have expired, they are not recoverable.

How do I redeem membership?
Once you have earned enough points to join a particular membership tier, you can redeem a 3-month membership pass to that tier. You can redeem memberships on the "Membership & Benefits" panel on the My Membership page.
Customers who have one of The Floristry's flower subscriptions get instant and automatic entry into a membership tier, and remain members for as long as the subscription remains active. For more details, please see the Subscriptions page.

What are the different membership tiers?
We have four membership tiers: Fern, Laurel, Foxglove and Larkspur (in ascending order, with Fern being our entry-level tier, and Larkspur being our highest-level tier). Each tier requires a different number of points to redeem access, and has a different level of benefits and access to events. To see the number of points you need to redeem each tier, please visit the "Membership & Benefits" panel on the My Membership page.

What benefits do members get?
The Floristry Membership offers exclusive benefits, seasonal gifts and member-only access to our spaces, events and gatherings. Benefits often change with the seasons – to see the latest selection of exclusive perks and rewards for each membership tier, please see the Member Benefits page, or the "Membership & Benefits" panel on the My Membership page.

How do I book a place at a member event?
Find a full list of events on the Happenings page. Members can book onto their own member level events as well as the level below. For example, a Fern member, can only book Fern level events. A Laurel member, which is the next tier up, you can book both Fern and Laurel events; and so forth.
If you are unable to book onto an event, it's likely you don't have the required level of membership. Or there may be a chance that your membership has expired – you can keep track of the upcoming expiry date of your current membership pass on the My Membership page.
Please note events are on a first-come-first-serve basis, so do keep an eye out for upcoming events to book your place before seats fill up. Please remember that free entry to events is intended for the individual member only, and cannot be shared with a family member or friend.

How do I enjoy my membership benefits at one of the stores?
To enjoy your membership benefits in one of The Floristry stores, please show our store team your membership card or QR code, or provide the email address linked to your account. Please note that membership benefits are intended for the individual member only, and cannot be shared with a family member or friend.

I made a purchase, but my points haven't appeared in my account
Please allow a few minutes for your points to appear in your account. If they do not show up, please send us an email, with your name and order number. Our team will follow up and endeavour to allocate all points related to your purchases. Please note that where there is a dispute, the decision of The Floristry is final.

Can I gift my membership to a friend?
If you would like to gift your membership to someone permanently, please get in touch with us. Please note that each membership can only be transferred a maximum of one time.
